Mahindra is all ready to launch its new next-generation XUV500 in the second quarter of 2021. The new XUV500 has been spied a few times while testing and we have come across interior and exterior images. The expected date can be delayed due to the shortage of semiconductor chips.
The new XUV 500 has many new changes especially on the interior side, where you can see new floating infotainment display. The SUV gets a digital instrument console which looks quite impressive for the driver. This spied image is the clearest one available on the net. Other than these consoles you can see the leather-wrapped multifunctional steering wheel, AC vents bellow infotainment system and an automatic transmission version as there is no gear seen.
The spotted model was covered however, it was clearly seen that XUV 500 is bigger than before. It gets LED headlamps, taillights and a panoramic sunroof. The SUV will come with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Park Assist features.
The new Mahindra XUV500 will be offered in 2 engine variants:
2.0L 4 cylinder turbocharged petrol engine,
2.2L turbocharged Diesel engine,
The SUV will be available in manual as well as automatic transmission options.
